Honestly ignorance is rather scarce around here. at least ignorance that is said outloud. Here's what struck me as dumb the other day.

"I'm getting married in Vegas next month, you can watch on the webcam."

Normally this wouldn't be that shocking but the woman who said it is still not divorced from her husband. Still has a 3 YO daughter that custody hasn't been settled for yet. Is now engaged to the same man that she had been cheating on her husband with.

I'm all in favor of moving on with your life, but goddamn let the corpse stop twitching first.

"Naw, shit daw. Thems kids is bitches. Stupid bitches."

Wait, that was smart. I'll try again.

"Most homeless people are that way by choice."

Now, to get the full effect of that you ahve to realize that it was said during winter in Ottawa where we get down to -40 Celsius.

To the Argentinian Jew while at work, "Neither the Palestinians nor the Israelis really want peace. They just want to kill each other." Probably *not* the smartest thing to say to a high maintenance pregnant chick like this one.
