About "Baby Baby"

I was laying down on my bed last night listening to a mix tape and "Baby Baby" came on. I never really paid much attention to the song at all but, for some reason, I finally did. From the sound of it, was the song in English? I tried looking up the lyrics only to find them in Japanese. It sounds like English to me.. I can clearly hear Ryou say "

baby baby has both english and japanese, altough majority of the song is in english. Only japanese part was released oficially, but you can find the whole song at romaji lj community ^___^
