You shouldn't necessarily eat LESS food, so much as you should have less fatty, sugary or greasy foods. Eating a small side salad before every meal, if you can manage it, is a good idea. Drinking fluids during meals, something water-based like actual water, gatorade, kool-aid or tea, will also help. Taking fiber to get you regular is another good idea. If you find yourself burping a lot sometimes, or often can't tell if you're hungry or not, it might be because you're clogged inside. Salad would help with that, actually.

Well, you're definitely right about eating less fatty, sugary or greasy foods, but I should definitely eat less food overall. I have a bad habit of eating out of boredom.

I gather that yogurt also helps with digestion? That would make a good between-meals snack, in place of whatever chips/cookies/etc. I normally find.

Ok, I just wanted to make sure you weren't going to join the camp of girls who thinking starving themselves will make them lose weight. And I don't know about yogurt, because I've never really tried it to help digestion, but I know stuff like lettuce, cucumbers and carrots DO, so if yogurt works for you, I say go for it. ^_^
