Hi there!

They are by Alice and the Pirates, and I believe they were made in... 2007-2008 I believe. They're really neat, because you can remove the ruffles in the front, and also the little... cuff thingy at the top if you just want a plain boot. I'm not sure if you saw, but they do come in white, which is also a great lookin' boot!

My pair was a CRAZY lucky find on Y!Japan. They were completely brand new and the price was ridiculously awesome! <3
