This meetup is open for Anyone who dresses the lolita style, related, or not, as long you respect everyone and do not cause any problems throughout the hangout. RAIN or SHINE event, so please be aware.

Please try to be at  inside the front entrance of NYC Ports Authority(625 8th Avenue, New York, NY 10018, also located between 42nd st and 8th ave.)
