A/N: I really, really have no idea where this fic came from. It’s short. And I warn you - there’s no point. At all. :D Or more like, there is a point but it’s a small one. And not even my own idea. Anyway, in case the reference in the text isn’t clear enough: - link -
It's a random fic I wrote to stop an awful starting writer’s block before it has even started.

"Hey guys, look!" Tsukada cried and pointed at the new boy.
"What is it?" Goseki asked and tried to find out what the younger man had meant.
"His forehead! See?" Tsukada defined and walked towards the boy who quickly tried to hide behind his bangs.
In spite of Hashimoto's resistance Tsukada brushed his front hair away, showing his face, and suddenly all the others gasped loudly.
"What's that?" Kawai asked frowning, even though he already knew it. They all did.
Hashimoto snapped himself free, shaking the hair back on its usual place.
"It's nothing," he hissed looking very embarrassed. "I got it when I was a baby, but I don't remember it at all. It really is nothing."
"That scar is anything but 'nothing'," Kawai muttered as he glanced at the Z-shaped scar that Hashimoto's front hair couldn't fully hide.
"What do you mean?" the boy asked defiantly.
Totsuka took a step closer to the youngest one and smiled gently.
“Did you ever make anything happen? Anything you couldn't explain?”
Hashimoto was about to shake his head until suddenly he seemed like he changed his mind. He frowned and then, after a while, he nodded shyly.
“Well I guess so, but…”
"You're a wizard, Hasshi."
"I'm a WHAT?"
The others looked at each other and nodded quietly. Then, one by one, each of them brushed their own hair to the side. Hashimoto's eyes got very big and very round as he saw the dark lines on the other men's foreheads.
"A... B... C... and a minus?"
"That's a dash," Tsukada muttered, but he closed his mouth as Goseki shushed him to be quiet.
Totsuka was still smiling as he took another step towards the boy.
"You know, that scar of yours… It looks like a letter doesn't it? Just like ours do."
"Well... yeah. I've been told it's like a letter Z," Hashimoto nodded reluctantly.
"Do you know what it means?" the older one asked and Hashimoto shrugged, frowning.
"It's a sign. You’re a wizard. And you're one of us," Kawai said and smiled widely. “Welcome to the group!”
