So yesterday at about 5pm, the power cut out. I had just started hoovering my room, with the mad plan to do the kitchen and hall while I was at it. The powers that be (God? The ESB?) decided that was not to be however

Do we have power yet? The reason I ask is that I have found shelter and will not leave until all said modern necessites have been restored.

Power has been restored.
It wasn't our fault! The ESB had to come out and fix it.
