I have attempted to write a blog entry for the past hour and a half. However, having had very little sleep in the past few days, along with very little food and not nearly as many cigarettes as I would have liked, I am in a very... pathetic state. yes! smoking is bad! I quit in september, but quit with the gum. Sunday was my last day of the gum and honestly, I'm going crazy without it. So I'm not addicted to cigarettes anymore but I want my damn nicorette. grrr. I'm debating what I should do next, cause I don't wanna break down and start smoking again. grrrr

My friend switched from nicotine gum to minty gum and then to having a diet drink, and then to water. It seemed to work pretty well for him :)

I tried that, but I'm still like physically addicted to the nicotine. I was feeling really ill and stuff. so now I got the gum again yesterday and I'm doing 4 pieces (a day) this week, 3 next week, 2 for a few weeks, and 1 for a while. I think the problem is I went from 4 pieces to none. As soon as I chewed a piece I felt better.

Yeah that's totally understandable. I'm weird, I can go a few weeks without even having a single cigarette and I'm fine, and then I'll go back to smoking several a day.

But yeah, I'd stick with the gum for now. Good luckkkk :)
