All right, I've seen a lot of weird stuff, but a city in a bubble under the sea is definitely a new one. Not to mention the fairy following me around. What's the story behind this - aliens? It's usually aliens, in some way or another. 'Least it is where I'm from.

Aliens? Not as far as I know, as far as I know the people here have always been here. Kind of like Atlantis, if we're going to use an example.

Otherwise we're not told much else about why we're here and what the story is. It's kind of a big old mystery novel unfolding.

The fairy is probably there to annoy the piss out of us. It just hovers there and makes a nuisance of itself, doesn't even do anything useful.
