Last Wednesday I had a night worthy of a LJ post. I've been planing to put this up all week, but I have had too many things going on.
This is an abbreviated version because I just don't have time for the entire story.

woah. well that's odd!
you should've gotten her number or something, maybe sort the whole situation out.
and that really sucks for her to have to deal with a bad cop relationship :(

what did your wife think about all of this?

Ha, good question. my wife knows me well enough to know that I always stop to help someone who looks like they need it.
So, I think that she logically knows I did the right thing. But, might be a little uncomfortable with the 1:00 am visit. Although, she was great in engaging the woman in conversation.
As a followup though, I drove by the cop's house yesterday and saw the woman's car in the driveway. I guess she is still living with him. She didn't talk about this "abuse" when we were talking so, I'm not sure if it was drunk talk or real.
