Actually, just a simple hernia operation. Should only take 2-3 days to recover back to normal activity, and 2 weeks until I can exercise.

Ski better?

After knee surgery last year, I'm looking to get back on my snowboard this year. So! The solution is obvious!

(I'm also looking to get back to the rock gym..... Maybe something regular for real this time?)

If I don't answer the phone, just leave a voicemail. Also, FYI, there's a race up in Hoosick on 9/9 if you're interested in spectating. Just follow the arrows from the intersetion of Rt. 7 and Rt. 22. Minis start at 9, Novices start at 11 and Amateur/Experts start at 1. I'll be one of the "pricks" doing sound test/tech inspection.
