 Some of you may remember in October that I posted that if peeps wanted to join the Derbyshire Massive that no.11 down the road was on the market.

Well would you believe it....it's back!

By the looks of it the price has gone down......last time I am sure it was in the £170k/£180K range

sigh thats as much as the 1.5 bedroom place we bought in edinburgh two years ago (last valued at something more than that though). i'm with the person who commented on being able to move income there as well.

also me and alan are in darbyshire the weekend after this one, should we, could we stop for a cup of tea?
