Firstly I would like to thank everyone to turned up at ours over the weekend...you made it (as ever) a great time and helped us over a difficult situation

I was so sad when I heard :( Rocky was always everyone's favourite. The way he used to just stop and stare at you because he couldn't quite see you clearly. The way you used to just pick him up off your lap when he was curled up asleep and pass him on to Sue's lap in the same position, still fast asleep! He was such a darling and I know you will both be lost without him, as will the other 3 of the gang of four :( I send lots of hugs to you both and even more to Phanta, India and Greebo xxxxxxxxxxx
It has been a very good, but very sad weekend. It was terribly sad to hear about Rocky's passing, but I can't help thinking that he must have had the best decade and a half (aprox?) of borrowed time that any cat could ever hope for (after surviving his, unsuccessful, attempt to stop a car with his head). I know that you know how fond I was of him, the running joke in Leeds about you having to search me for a Rocky shaped lump in my clothing on leaving the house gives that one away ;o)
I'm so sorry for your loss, you must both be feeling quite lost without him, but I am very glad that I knew him and I'm sure you are glad to have shared so many good years with him. He was definitely one of a kind, there could never be another Rocky.
