If that's the house you keep tempting fuzzygoth to buy, had we both financially and relationship wise been more secure / certain, we'd have been going for it and would have come round to 'meet the neighbours' and randomly discovered the outstanding issue, and put pressure on the sellers to resolve it before going further with the purchase. Could you not arrange for someone else to do something similar?
Huzzah on black fluffball!!
And the swines, re job... that's awful. Good luck on looking! x
LOL, you might have a point there, but I hear those people at Number 19 Station Road, barrow hill have loud and raucous parties, and with us being such retiring and quiet people :D
Oh honey, thanks!!! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx As for your tip, it could be a bit tricky seeing as the windows are so far from the drive or pavement, lovely thought tho.
Yes, yes you do! It will be such fun to point out to the solicitor that even to the photocopies are b&w that the car "blocking" her "on foot only" access is actually red & belongs to her client, along with the barbed wire....& oh it's also a public highway so she really should move the barbed wire b4 some innocent person gets hurt & sues her. Then of course the people at number 15 want to know why she's taking pictures of their gates. Of course all of this because she "doesn't have that sort of money" to pay us what she owes us. The funny thing is that she's gonna get a bill from her solicitor & then STILL have to pay! ;)

As for the neighbours...throw contents of cat litter tray at their windows (accidentally on purpose of course!). Worked for me! ;D
