Rubbish........

Yesterday I had 2 skips delivered. I'd arranged for them to come "first thing", well that's what the guy told me over the phone anyway........11:30 is when they actually turned up. "Never mind" thought I, they're here now I can get on with it. So I did! I started at the big back gate & worked my way down the side of number 17's garage & onwards

That's what happened with my skip. Some time between 8 and 12 they said so I got up ready for 8am on a Saturday morning (after having my equivalent of "just the one" drink at a friend's leaving do the night before) and it arrived about 11.30 *fume*

I really enjoyed filling up my skip - I had a great sense of achievement afterwards.

Yes, I have to admit I felt rather good with how much I'd managed to clear. Originally I wanted 1 large builders skip but unfortunately the lorry needed to carry the big skips couldn't get onto our drive so I had to order 2 slightly smaller skips, that said I know we'll need at least 1 more skip.....yep, the previous owners really did leave that much rubbish.

That sounds like hard work, fun as well though. Shame i probably won't be able to come and join in.
