What sort of noise is Bright Future bombarding KAT? How are they even aware of his existence? You've mentioned them before....

And no, guns are not effective in water, what relevance is that?

They are sending him a message about how the want to help him. I think they want the information he's been datamining. They want to save him or kill him, depending on his cooperation.

What do you mean by this? I am scraping by for parts. I'll be lucky to get him the wire he needs for the next shipment, but I am fairly certain it'll get done.

No. He needs the battery. Screw food even. Well actually, as his cybernetic guardian I also demand you send him food. The battery is what he needs. He can't fix the transmitter without the rover. He can't fix the rover until he has the battery.

That may be a little more difficult. Those batteries are expensive and its hard to get something like that caught up in paperwork. Whats wrong with the Rover?
