I'm pretty sure their is a label, and I'm pretty sure that it shares the same (latin?) root as the word "beTRAyal".

What are the details? If he was convicted in state court the feds can legally get a crack at him, too. There's also the "civil rights violations" the feds love to go after when they can't get anything else.
