I spent quite a while yesterday chatting to Michael Eavis. He really is the funniest bloke ever, in a good way. You could spend days listening to festival anecdotes without getting bored!

Ouch! I think he pays himself 20 grand a year doesn't he? Which isn't too much considering the amount of land!

I want to meet Michael Eavis! He really does have the best facial hair in the country, and I fancy his daughter. Obviously I'd be more likely to get a green light were I to converse with her father. How did you manage to converse? Are you going to play next year's Glastonbury?

Emily Eavis is a bit gorgeous isn't she? I was at South West Sound - he'd been there and I collared him as he left the bar. Hmmmm, I'm working on playing there... I've played at the Small World stage in Greenfields a couple of years ago, which was a brilliant experience!

Oh I bet, I bet. I'm working on a live experience at the moment. All I need to do is learn to sing while playing, and then the world will feel my wrath, and will be heard to remark "What fresh hell is this?" Indeed, good luck.
