Whee! Back in the swing of things in Manchester. Spent the whole day slaving over a hot computer, writing a dating section for lagoslive.com... it is proving to be much fun actually. I also *bought* a bit of software... *gasp*! It's probably the most boring bit of software ever too: Textmate... Works beautifully though... I can even blog from it,

Just a random idea for you:

I went to ManCAT yesterday in Openshaw, and they'd made a brand new spangly outdoor music venue called 'The AMP'. T The venue's nice, they put cushions out so you don't have to sit on the hard concrete, and the seating is tiered so it's quite like a theatre. hey've decided to do acoustic open mic nights on Thursdays all summer, which could be pretty cool! check out their website or email dan_thomas at mancat.ac.uk
