Worst Lyrics Ever?

The biggest problem with the new Interpol album is not that it's overproduced, which it is, with strings and orchestral flourishes that seem destined for stadiums, but that it has some of the dumbest lyrics I've heard in a while.

Take this example:

Agreed. The lyrics were never that strong. But this record makes me cringe. I still love the sound of the first two, though.
