ewwwwww nipple enlargements?? that is gross.. as for the bleaching.. i would have thought she meant the hair. unless sheis all like brown down there and wants her skin bleaches? same for spas... all i know about are pub waxs of any time. as for the large clit.. i thought that is kinda when it got to hermaphrodite stuff.. but i've stumbled across larger ones in the past online. if mine were any larger i'd want it reduced.. or i'd feel like a man.

They could be discussing the clit but really i doubt it because such a surgery would have major implications towards the enjoyment of sex.
But it is possible. A lot of women have what my husband jokingly refers to as "beef curtains"- which is where either the inner or outer lips" of the labia are long and dangling. Many women are self concious of them.
