from a friend of mine in similar situations and from my prior work... MOST people get 'minimal if any' response with the first injection regardless of dosage it seems. Dont give up! You will get there I just know it.

My doctor had told me not to expect much from the first 5 mcg and perhaps little or nothing as well from the next dose (which should have been 10 mcg); but barely a stiffy from 40 mcg? I was distraught to say the least. Thanks for lending the benefit of your prior experience.

The fact that the 8x dosage still didn't work suggests to me that the medicine is defective or way past it's use-by as suggested.

Badly dispensed medicens is VERY SERIOUS especially if the dose is wrong. Forget threatening them, I would never get drugs from that company again, and in fact I think they SHOULD be sued.
