Thanks Jimbo, really the whole post is just an exercise in fishing for sympathy. Still, one only gets rare chances...

I'm feeling okay really, nothing a couple of nurofens and some TLC won't fix.

Please do act on my description of the attackers! (I was going to describe my assailants as "youths", but couldn't bring myself!)

I walk alone at night around that area a lot.
I think it's just one of those unfortunate "isolated incidents" and I don't want it to put me off - still, I do have an "easily-scared" disposition...

Luckily it was just my pocket diary with phone numbers in (including yours - ooh!)

If it had been my journal with songs in I would have been really upset. Especially cos one of my muggers mentioned being a tupac fan and I think they might have ridiculed my lyrics!

Some more sympathy over here too!!! Thats crazy, truly crazy, i cant believe it. I cant believe it happened, i cant believe you punched them and most of all, i cant believe people would sit around and be so passive whilst you could have walked off with them and been mugged, makes me sick.

Thanks, I'm lapping it up believe me!

I just wish I could get it together to make my photo work, you'll just have to imagine my bruised face and self-pitying expression!

I don't mind too much about the other people, I think they were probably just scared as well, at least they were calling the cops.
