honestly tom, i'm not the kind of person who extends friendship just for the hell of it. it's really cocky to say, but i don't find most people worth my time. i have a ton going on, and my two or three good friends are more than enough for me. i say that because if i say 'hey, you can hang out with me' i don't want you to think i'm saying it in vain. to be "nice". it's not crush motivated either, i'm happily with someone i've known since i arrived at umass. i probably need more friends than i have, i just don't really love making them.
are you still doing yoga?

I just bought this awesome thing at the Mercantile today. It's commercial, it's cheezy, but it's done exceptionally well. It's called a "Chakra deck" I think, and has a ton of information about the chakra, and breathing exercises and yoga poses that compliment each one - along with a bunch more information.
I'm going to start doing a 30 min morning and a 30 min evening routine from select poses.

glad to hear you're coming up w/a new way of looking things w/the moms; i'm not particularly articulate when it comes to this stuff (as we all know), so i'll leave it there and say that my mom would be happy to know you found solace in that book. i know she did back in the day.
