First rule: Take your time while surfing. You never know if there is a better site out there.

Here's quite a lot of data for season 1 of PEC:

And still no Belzer.

Love Boat/Angels/Vega$/San Pedro Beach Bums??? johnmunch May 10 2007, 09:57:33 UTC
According to wikipedia (of all places!), Mike and Carol Brady make an uncredited appearance in ep. #172 of 'The Love Boat'.

This would bring in Charlie´s Angels, Vega$ and something called The San Pedro Beach Bums.

Can anybody confirm or refute this?

Both Florence Henderson and Robert Reed appeared on The Love Boat several times, but never as Mike and Carol Brady.

OK, here´s another one (this is embarassing, I know).

Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, ep. #43: Bernie Kopell appears as Doc. Doc as in Dr. Adam Bricker?

Only four years to go for L&O; spin-off for Heroes johnmunch May 15 2007, 13:55:18 UTC
While waiting for answers to my queries, some news for the audience.

'Heroes' got a semi-spinoff named 'Heroes: Origins'. Six new episodes will air during the summer introducing new characters which may or may not be picked for the new season of the mother show.

The L&O triptych stays whole. L&O Classic and L&O: Criminal Intent got reneweed for another year, Classic´s 18th and CI´s 7th. IN a turnarpound of procedure, CI is being broadcast on USA Cable first and rerun on NBC later. Since USA is part of NBC the show has not really left the building, so to say. To surpass 'Gunsmoke's record 20-year run, L&O will have to stay on the air for three more years after the 2007-2008 season.

And expect another massive update of Westphall's Wanderers in very late May/early June.

Oh, another question: Did or did not 'The FBI' (1965-1974) ever do a crossover with another show? There is a submenu at www.1965thefbishow.com that suggests so but their com button gives a 404 - the site is under construction.

Cold Case joins Tommy's Mind johnmunch May 15 2007, 14:08:56 UTC
Thom Holbrook reports (and tv.com confirms it) that Cold Case's Scotty Valens turns up in CSI:NY suspecting Stella Bonasera of murder. The episode aired on 2-May-2007.

I feel another update coming on ...

He's listed for that episode's credits in the IMDb.com, not that it's a bastion of reliable information:

http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0997926/

I'm surprised I didn't see more publicity for it as the night approached, especially considering it happened during Sweeps.

But then, I would have been taping/watching 'Lost' anyway, so I'll have to catch it on the rebound.

Thanks for the head's-up on that, JohnMunch!

Tommy mentioned in a serious media theory blog anonymous May 24 2007, 13:19:18 UTC
A discussion of sequels on David Bordwell's blog led to a mention of franchise characters in various media being inserted into each other's narrative universes, which led to a mention of "that whole, rather insane St. Elsewhere thing."
