Plus any fish that would be worth shooting probably wouldn't fit in a bucket anyway. And you'd have to worry about shrapnel from destroying the bucket, since presumably you'd be standing right next to it. And bullet ricochet, if the bucket was sitting on something hard. And your shoes would get wet from the water leaking out of the newly-holey bucket.
All in all, I can think of some better things to do with my time :/
