It's really sad actually. This village was bulldozed and now the people don't have anywhere to live : (
when they try to rebuild stuff police and stuff come and knock it down again.

aha! that's what it is. what does it say? (they're used for info and stuff in japan, and this is from a japanese postcard thing)
