I just wrote an essay "The War On Channukkah" pointing out that, among other things, those who celebrate the birthday of a child born in a desert with sleigh bells and reindeer don't even celebreate the holidays that the birthday boy did.

I'll look for it, Baron Dave. I don't even see Jews celebrating Chanukah in public here. No electric menorah in the window or anything. Someone doesn't want us to celebrate holidays at all, and it looks like the rich and the angry variety of Christians.
