Happy Monday. Thomas and I had a great time in Oregon last week and weekend. Well, I just received 2 dozen red roses from Pro Flowers. I had to put them in the vase myself, but they are absolutely gorgeous!! Unfortunately, the vase was not big enough to fit all of the baby's breath and other stuff they put in with the roses, but oh well. Pure, 24 red roses!!! I like!! Well, this weekend was totally awesome. Saturday morning Rob had to go to work, so I got up early, got myself ready, and then took Matthew to work at 9:00. Well, Thomas is home sick today. He developed a hacking cough a couple of days ago, and I had to pick him up early from daycare yesterday because he had a headache. Probably from coughing so much. I hate to post about this, but one of my fellow choir members, Joe, suffered a massive heart attack on Friday. He also suffered a skull fracture from falling as a result of the heart attack. He was clinically dead for 15 minutes while co-workers and paramedics performed CPR and used the defribilator on him. They found one artery that was 100% ( Read more... )

Well, today is Good Friday. Jesus gave his life for us today. I talked with Thomas this morning when I woke him up and asked him if he knew what today was. He said it was Good Friday.
