I had my first "real" eye exam today...turns out I need glasses. I got two pair on the way. I'll be a whole new, bionic smart-Tom. Yes.

I am also apparantly a medium risk for glaucoma, and I have a follow-up visit. Yikes.

I need to go get two and a half hours of sleep before Baltimore.

Today I spent my day off running errands, until dinnertime, when blade and I assembled part two of Grillfest 2006, which just means we had leftovers from last night and then added some new stuff today. We did it up right with chicken, shrimp, and veggie kabobs.

So yesterday I had an annoying sore throat all day long. I thought for sure that my sinus infection was returning for a third time, and that I was going to have to go to the doctor yet again today and shell out more precious comic book dollars for my health ( Read more... )
