I'm so excited about L&O: UK's return I'm rewatching the first 13 eps - I'm about to go and re-watch 'Alesha' - a nail-biting prospect.

I don't know - I have mixed feelings about it. On the one hand, everyone's acting, but especially Freema's, is top-notch, but on the other hand, what Alesha does seems wildly out of character, and it annoys the hell out of me that it's the character of colour who gets raped by the evil doctor (and following on, as it does, from the Doctor's less than stellar behaviour towards Martha in Doctor Who... I'm torn!)
