I played in dirt for over an hour today, sifting through for mineral concretions so that I can make paint. I am completely exhausted, but here is my haul:

hahaha.. it is so fun! I feel so self-actualized while grinding the concretions with my little mortar and pestle.

I would pounce on poor Superman in a minute if I lived nearby. It would be wonderful to leave him for the new residents, but you can't trust that they won't throw him away.

Maybe leave him in a high-traffic public place with a sign that says "FREE"? That way only someone who loves him will take him.

That looks amazing- making your own paint.
