Frustration

Looking back at my week to week personal home journal of my weight, I have noticed that I have been maintaining my weight since August. This blows! I dont want to sit at 172 for forever and ever. I want to lose more ( Read more... )

You should post this in one of the communities, perhaps ww_users or something. I always get GREAT responses and lots of ideas when I post up my questions there. You know all my typical responses to jump kick your loss again...
Multi-vitamin
more water
more exercise
variety in your food choices
eat high end one day low end two days high end one day low end two days, etc...to mix things up.

Less sugar
Less caffiene
More protein
etc

Hi! *hugs* I'm right there with you... 195 ish since July for me =)

Mix it up... make sure you're eating difference foods... doing different exercises.. when your body gets used to the same thing everyday, it has the tendency to rebel, i guess...
