I'm a stage three girl!

But, add... "you are starting to feel good about how you look, and somehow this makes the 'keeping on track' process more difficult."

Hehe~!

where are you?

I would have to say I am in a stage 5, Im close to my goal, and others are telling me to be cautious about how much more I lose without looking sickly, I want a flat stomach for once in my life, I am getting close but still need to burn off the fat toget there, but I can see it, so it isnt to far off =)

Combination of stage one and stage three. I've yet to catch a whiff of stage two... grrrrrrrrr!

Or forty... but who's counting? LOL

pretty much stuck at stage 4. though for a bit i might have been in stage 5 for a touch (without the horror stories), but i'm back to the 15lbs to go and really just completely stuck on the numbers issue. At least i finally broke down and bought some new clothes this week:)

Clothing shopping was irritating me until I dropped a little more, I was stuck in the 10-12 split for the longest time, and I am now down to a 10, Infact I might be buying an 8 soon, the new pair of 10's are loose, Im giddy, I dont remember the last time I was an 8!!!!!

Keep up the good work, those last pesky pounds will disapper if ya stick with it! =)

hehe. It's still a pain -- i'm in a 10-12-14 sort of split. But I just got so desperate.

Thanks for the encouragement!
