Not so long time ago in a community not that far away a couple of MIND BLOWING drabbles were written based on a magnificent idea regarding the hypothetical romance of two anthropomorphized MMOs. Oh my god just reading their descriptions XD I know nothing about MMOs but I love silly non-fandoms based around anthropomorphications with a blazing passion.

Also. KAVALIER AND CLAY YES! I was left floundering because I will never write like Michael Chabon, or make comics like Sam and Joe and Rosa and their huge depth and subtlety and ohmygod sadness. I will stop wasting words and pictures and leave them for the people who deserve them. I mean- Dali in a diving suit!!

Oh my God, there were just so many times I just wanted to throw Kavalier & Clay at random people (because I mostly read at public places), or you know, hide it in a freezer, because IT HURTS. A lot. But also, it's beautiful, and devastating, and adpfjadf;asd;a FEELINGS.

Yeaa I think one thing I realized was, I didn't want to run out of words, but I also REALLY wanted the book to be over so the characters could be happy?? As one small example every single scene and/or mention of the Tracy/Sammy relationship absolutely destroyed my heart

Lol-ing at L2's facepalm in the first picture. I am betting that that is his inner reaction to most things that WoW does but he still loves the dude any way. =3

And L2's so bishie as a blondie! He can totally rock the fey Legolas look.

Lolololol actually I guess L2 is an elf and should really be blonde. But aki and chrissie wrote him as an emo boy so perfectly I could not imagine him without black hair D:

Did you play either game? I've found people who really like L2 tend to feel pretty strongly about WoW (but like myself I secretly, grudgingly acknowledge WoW is by far the superior game wrt gameplay, accessibility, etc)
