and this most adorable icon is cambodian prime minister (entrenched, corrupt dictator) Hun Sen, responsible for stealing hundreds of millions in international aid given by the UN, the illegal logging of his country's rainforest, the assasination of his rivals, the destruction of the free press, and the restriction of wealth to less than a handful of cambodian families. He is possibly the most evil madman alive today, more so, than Kim or Hussein if you ask me.
