I didn't expect Bryn's "illicit" phone meeting to be with a therapist, but I can understand why she would want to have that conversation privately--and privacy is hard to come by at the moment!

The description in this is lovely, and I feel hopeful for Bryn and am glad she is weathering the current stressful climate so well.

I don’t know how many other people have my weird mix of relative privilege and also relatively small living space but I can only imagine how it must be in NYC right now. I am so glad for my mild green neighborhood streets and greenways.

That sounded like a nice place for a zoom therapy appointment. It does make me feel fortunate that I'm in a house where I can get some privacy for my therapy calls, though. Mental health is something so many more people are probably trying to focus on these days.

I just hope that people are able to meet their needs. I’ve definitely seen people acting kindly and cutting others slack since this mess has started, but I’ve also seen the opposite. I feel like it’s a privilege to be able to try to meet mental health needs as well as a necessity. We’re definitely living in interesting times.
