I have made more than 100 Ben 10 icons. It's nutty and I can't keep track of them all. So I'm posting them up here. In some kind of order? I dunno. I'll probably just put the old ones on bottom and the new ones on top
( Read more... )
Awww, I never saw your widdle Big Chill baby one! Cute! <3
Oh, and those Lady Bennivere and Sir Kevalot ones reminded me that I was writing a little diddy for them...that turned kind of crappy and long, so I'll need to fix it...
Geez, either you people need to stop inspiring me or I need to just stop giving myself so many projects.
...I will never let go of "it goes to 11"...that's my baby icon, now...
It's not the best... I can see some major screw ups with the dots. D: But indeed, it is cute!
Writing a diddly for Bennivere and Kevalot? Oooh. Sounds like fuuun.
And I know how you feel. I have so many plans, but nothing to actually put into them! (Muffler Make Out: any specifics you'd like to see in it that will kick start my brain fart? Heehee... that rhymed...)
It's fun when Kevalot first meets Kevin; he's like, "What sorcery is this?!" Heheheh.
I know! *sighs* Which reminds me, I need to finish chapter 2 of the Ben 10/Animorphs thing...mreh. (Hmm...any specifics...? Let's see...at one point I would like to see Kevin desperately grab at something to drink after he realizes he's making out with his muffler...preferably one Ben was drinking...and still holding...heheheh. :3 Nothing that could help you start it, though, I don't think. ^^;)
Oooh! Alternate universes/time travels?!?! YAY!!! Poor Ben's going to be in for a shock. Heeheee.
Dude. Thank you. You just saved my ass and gave me the perfect excuse for something to happen in this thing. I just have to tweak it now to go with the beginning I already have.
Whoa, hey, I'm just keeping them somewhere I won't lose them. XD No problem for posting. Except for the html... that was kind of a bitch. But I got the icons to center-ize and space out so I'm gooooood.
Replace mushroom sauce with garlic-ginger hot sauce and I would totally eat that shit.
Say, what program do you use for your icon-making? Every time I try to make icons, they come out...Not good. Which is odd, since I'm usually pretty decent at normal photo manipulation. :
GIMP. I use GIMP. Because I am on a Mac and Photoshop is too expensive and doesn't give out free trials any more.
I snag screen shots from either Cartoon Network video (where I found Paradox) or from files I downloaded off of Ben-10.net or where ever it is I get these things from. Command+shift+4 baby. Then I open up my shots in GIMP and noodle with them until you get these things. I usually put text boxes on top of text boxes to get the shadow things behind the words.
For the backgrounds on the fan arts I have no real good technique. I use a separate layer for the background, use random brushes I got online, and then I select-cut large sections that were on top of the main picture and erase the little bits. Or I just erase stuff. I should really select-cut the main picture and just layer that on top of the backgrounds... but I don't have the patience for it. XD
GIMP is a little confusing for non-art-trained dummies like me though. "Filters? What is 'filters'?" XD
Ah! Yay!! ^^ Some of these weren't in the links you've posted to me before~ :D This is really helpful! >w< I still gotta upload em' tho! :D I'm fallin behind! x3
It's OK! I get so confused with all of these things that I forget which ones I've uploaded and haven't! I think some of the middle-ish icons weren't up on LJ of Photobucket before because I made them for the Round Robins and they didn't go anywhere but the archive journals. D:

Well, considering Ben's neo-hippie parents... I'm going to say it's some new agey tofu/oatmeal/potato mush salad. With a side of mushroom sauce. XD
