[A Tamaki can be seen wandering around the streets of Adstringendum. He is wearing a rather fetching pair of shorts, and a pair of pink flip-flops with big, fake roses along the straps. A folded-up beach parasol is carried over one shoulder, and over his other arm is a basket, in which can be seen a blanket, a bottle of lemonade, a glass, a pair of ( Read more... )

Oh! Hello. I am afraid my usual trouble with this device is happening again! I tend to have a hard time finding the right coordinates, and it seems I am yet again lost!

That's indeed bad. Could you tell me, what are you looking for?

I feel rather silly saying this, but it seems I have mislaid the beach!

[Beyond sounds a bit amused. The sight of a confused Tamaki seems to have cheered him up a little bit]

So that's what this boy looks like...

Are you searching for something?

Interesting outfit by the way.

I was looking for the beach! And thank you, I am rather pleased with the outfit, too. Shows off my good points, I think!

It really fits your character, I think.

The Beach disappeared. Such luck, I think. I thought I was going to be cooked... It was so hot.

Why, thank you! I think so too!

And ah, you wanted to protect that delicate, beautiful skin of yours?

What are you doing?

I was planning a day sporting myself on the beach and among the waves, for the benefit of Adstring's entire population...

Don't generalise the population. You making a fool of yourself wouldn't 'benefit' anyone, except the perhaps the girls and the mentally ill.

Surely, gentle sir, you are not implying that girls and the mentally ill are not worthy of consideration?

Did no one explain to you that a majority of the events last exactly one week?

tono_twerp June 29 2009, 15:04:33 UTC
B-but it was a beach! Beaches don't just come and go! Even I know that!

Much as people do not simply come and go? Much as rabbits do not attempt to eat said people? This world does not follow such easy rules.

Did you hear the voices speak over the network at the beginning of the week? They signify a change. Rarely is it as simple as a beach. Othertimes, people have entirely changed bodies, or walked in the dreams of others.

Oh! Your kindness in explaining this world to me is much appreciated, sweet lady! And I am quite excited to think of what other strange and exciting adventures the voices have in store for us all!

...Please tell me that you aren't looking for the beach.

tono_twerp June 29 2009, 15:04:38 UTC
Indeed not! I was just, ah. Looking for... something that is rather beach-like. And requires beach paraphernalia. Yes! And how are you today?

lostwish June 29 2009, 16:17:49 UTC
...You do know that it was just an event, right?

As for how I am...well, i'm alive. I'm going to assume that you're alright.

...don't understand how a beach can be an event...

And oh! I am glad to hear you are alive! So am I! We are doing rather well for ourselves, aren't we?
