Girls,

I wanted to inform you that I have notified the District that I will not be returning for the 2008 season as the Head Coach of the girls soccer program.  As many of you know in June of 2007, I began a one-year leave of absence from the district to pursue career work in an alternative occupation. That position has worked out very well for me

Yeah, I guess I'm just really bitter with my old coaches, they weren't fair to me. I could have been better than I was because I hardly got playing time, so I learned most of everything the summer going into freshman year. But I do guess I learned my fundamentals with them (err.. with the trainers they got to teach us. Ugh, I need to let go, I know, I just have such a hard time giving my actual coaches any credit.). Anyway, Hoffman probably did help them out, because that IS the one thing that changed, and if anything, we lost a good senior or two, so it makes sense that it was because of Hoffman's help. I don't think I'm going to play again, I think my path has chosen itself (horses), and also.. I guarantee I won't be the same coming back. I'm a lot slower (even in gym), and I'm not as aggressive. I think I'm scared of that. I used to be the same with the aggression, I would murder people if they played dirty at all. In fact, once someone played dirty with a girl on my Fisher team (I was on the B team because I wasn't in with the

I see where you are coming from and you are right about how everyone has their own views on coaches. I'm glad you got to grow as a player through downs but I still think he was polishing what you already had. EHS soccer was a huge learning experience for me too and downs showed his fairness. I'm glad your path is chosen now and that although it isnt soccer, its something that you love. You had your time and not you can move on, ya know?

OMG AS FAR AS AGGRESSION: I am the same way. Dont fuck with me or my team because you wont feel good after the game. One time for Ewing, this bitch hept pulling at my shrt and pushing me around. I got to the point where I couldnt take it anymore. She finally decided to push me hard enough and I realized that if i go down, shes coming with me. I fell onto my back and i pulled her down over me, kind of thing. Only, when i did that, I stuck my feet into her stomach so she probs had some nice bruises from my spikes. What a dumb hoe.
