Last i heard the issue hasnt been voted on yet. There is widespread oppisition to the issie, and support. Oddly its big corps fighting it, but at the same time its not. These coperations include google, amazon, yahoo and the likes of it. For such a HUGE issue to be decided to nearly no comotion by the media is highly unlikely.
