Fun Times
So Katie's 21st was pretty fun; there was much drinking, much food, and much laughter. I still need to find that picture somebody got...
So I'm having a little trouble with my morning routine. Nothing extraordinary, just things like I'll get cramped in a leg before running, the bed will be too comfortable, or it'll be raining outside. In any case I'm still just mixing and matching the order of this routine to find which way will accomidate running the best.
Physics is going well, and we're starting to get into centripital forces, with coriolis effect on the way I think. Calculus is becoming as challenging as it is interesting, as we're touching down on the subject of differential equations. I think the general idea with D.E. is that if you find a mathematical model of a sorts for some function, you can model all solutions possible for it. In otherwords, you could find every possible right answer, and then find the conditions to get the one you want. That's my impression so far, anyways.
I've also got an English paper to write, with the prompt of demonstrating how the theme in a piece of literature is enacting itself through a character. I'm not sure yet if I want to go with "A Narrative of the Life of Frederick Douglass" or "Hills like White Elephants" I think I'll have made my choice by tomorrow night.
Today is general errands; have to run to the library to get a copy of "The Sun Also Rises" go by my temp-agency office to pick up some checks, deposit said checks, and then spend said checks on things like car insurance, car payments, and other fun things. But I'm managing pretty well, so things aren't really too bad.
And Janelle's Dad, again, has offered to upgrade my computer! All I can say is that if the computer is in his possession when spore comes out, I may have to kill somebody else for their computer...fair warning. =P
I'm also going to try to go around on some personal-page sites (myspace, facebook, etc) and try to update some things a little, just to let people know I'm not dead.
