YMMV but they are amazing for me! I used to be miserable all spring and again late summer through the fall. Now I am pretty much fine except for two weeks in September and even those aren't that bad. I'm also able to spend a whole evening in a dwelling that houses a cat whereas before I'd be my icon in thirty minutes flat. I still can't pet them though.
