It makes me so scared too to think that Bush might actually get elected this time. How can people be so stupid? This is how I was seeing it. The people that voted against him last time are still going to vote against him, the people who voted for him last time are mostly going to vote for him. Then there's the handful of people who didnt vote last time, most of which who are probably going to vote for Kerry, because Bush is a Nazi. Then I figured alot of the people who just voted for him last time because they didnt know the differnce between the two will vote against him now because they realize he's pure evil. And then alot of the old fucking republicans will of died off in the past 4 years, so there goes some more votes, and all the 18-21 year olds will be smarter then the white hairs and know what's going on and vote for Kerry. So I was sure Kerry would win by a landslide too. Little did I know, America's the fucking stupidest place in the world, with the stupidest people in the world. We're not much further then we were in the ( ... )

Our lack of intelligence as a country is really unbelievable. It's no wonder no other nation takes us serious. Look the man running ours! He can't even spell intelligence! We need some one in office to represent us. The only thing Bush should represent is some blood sucking oil corporation, where they are all greedy bastards who don't give a shit about anything/ anyone else.

If you want to know how bad our president's doing, just talk to anyone from any other country. It doesnt matter what one, I was just talking to a girl in Canada who said Bush was evil. And she was like 16! 16 year old girls in America probably dont even know who bush is. And my friend Alpha from Sweeden has been talking about how awful our president is for years now. It should be alarming to people that even countries that are our allies hate us now and think Bush is a mad man. It's sad that the people in other countries know more about our own president then we do.

I know all about other country's hate of ours. I know a couple dozen people in england, remember.

But the swiss! My god are the swiss angry people. Unless you want to be engaged in a four hour long discussion of how terribly your country is, i reccomend you don't bring bush up to anyone from switzerland.

I love the 1984 reference, not just because I love 1984, but because It's funny, scary and true. I want to make a huge sign of that and put it in my front yard.

I really can't take credit for that. Taj wrote that on his site a while ago, before i even knew what it was from. But, coicidentally, i just started reading 1984 a couple days ago, and i couldn't help but notice the similarities with Big Brother and u.s. presidents, espically in how they tell people everythings better than it was before and we totally believe them.

But yeah, now that i understand what he was referencing, i love it too. Which is why i stole it. I don't think he'll mind too much.

Yeah, I agree that it's fine to use other people's political quotes.
And yes, it's a very good book with a lot of parrellels to our government.
I also like how they are always at war with some other nation, and the people are always for it no matter what it is. And the people hate whoever their government tells them to hate at the appropriate time.
