Haseo asked for help months ago, taking care of Karasu, and nobody but some girl Haseo talks to at Marshall Street cared then. Not until people got kidnapped. And sorry, I don't think it's any of your Marshall Street doctors who are popping chips out of these guys.

If you kill them, they're only gonna come back. I suggest taking it up with whoever's on best terms with that oh-so-helpful-at-making-people-dissapear-for-good Scientist group.

You're not one big compound of rules that everybody follows here, 'case you haven't noticed. And lets not make everyone on the fringes 'cause they like it that way enemies either.

It was directed at the residents of Gohl because, quite frankly, you all like to "stand on your own feet," regardless of whether that standing happens to be on other people's toes. I don't think its fair that some people just declare the rules of Discedo-City. You have your meetings, but half of them have nothing to do with me. I know what I can do good, and I've done that. Well, he will be chipped then, will he not? If someone is idiotic enough to have it removed and he loses control again, then he dies, again, or he actually swallows his arrogance and agrees to try controlling himself for once.

I have given him options, and this is the one he chose. I would rather he chose to take lessons in control from Jak, or anyone, but he came up with excuse after excuse as to why he could not.

He chose this. He will have to deal with it.

Even chipped, he could still commit great atrocities. It is not the scope of human power that generates horror, but the scope of the human mind.

I know the displeasure of imprisonment myself, and it is with the memory of my cell fresh in my mind that I suggest continued physical restrainment for those deemed dangerous enough to be executed for the sake of restraining their powers.

Freedom after an execution is generous. It is a generosity that I fear may cost more lives - and if not lives, then peace of mind.
