Over-reacting

Yesterday I did something I regret at work. After talking to Isabel I do believe that it was for good reason, but I still believe strongly that it was the wrong way to respond. Very wrong. And now I'm torn about if I should call my manager to let her know or not because I'm worried I'll get in trouble for it ( Read more... )

I think it's a good idea to tell your boss about things you're unsure of. you have much more experience as a manager than I do (I was promoted just this June), but I've already learned that communicating with my boss is sooo crucial for things like damage control and getting feedback/advice.

so true. i told her this morning and she laughed! she knew i'd never knew it again but was just curious to know which person would be able to set me off like that.

i worked with some of the girls i closed with again tonight and the one girl that provoked it told me "last night was bad, huh?" and we had a good laugh. people do stupid things when they're tired that are out of character.

people are basically monkeys when they get in groups.
have you ever heard a group of people filled with laughter? monkeys i tell ya!

i yell at monkeys.
therefore we have much in common
