well, i'm coming to nashville memorial day weekend if i get off work. maybe i should just make a huge batch of it and bring it down for everyone to try. it's amazing. it starts off cool and refreshing thanks to the secret ingredient, then turns garlicky, and finishes kind of spicy.

you should. i'll be out of town on sunday and monday, but i a considering a redneck pool party that saturday - plastic wading pool, lawn chairs, and cheap beer. sitting right out in front of broadway. my birthday is on the 21st.

yeaaahhh, but you don't have to go to culinary school to be a good cook. just keep working in kitchens and you will work your way up the chain.

very true. most things that require an artistic flair can be done just as well if not better without formal training.

i mean, the only 2 photographers i know who are successful didn't go to college or at least not for photo.
