I am totally psyched for these sites. Last year, my family and friends were completely happy with the Nordic slippers I got them and I bought them in bulk for $5 a pair.

This year - I decided not to exchange with one of my sisters. We are taking the kids on a very cheap overnighter instead. Way more fun.

My list should be pretty super short this year. My friends and I have a no presents pact now - which is handy. I just have my other sister, her wife - my parents and my inlaws....oh and Jack's godfather...my grandmother...yankee swap...Jacks teacher...hmmmm, ok - maybe I have a few things to buy.

I hear ya on the presents front. My sisters and I don't spend a lot on each other. Every year my sister Lucy gets me trouser socks that I love from TJ Maxx and Martha gets me Yankee candles. I don't want or need anything different. :)
