texas furry fiesta!
I think I got con crud from TFF. I almost never get con crud anymore. This sucks.
I've been in bed for most of the past 2 days. Thankfully, a coworker asked for my shift tonight so I didn't have to go in, but I still have to go tomorrow.. Joe picked up some medicine for me so I hope that helps a bit. But ugh :C
TFF Was a lot of fun still.
- Got to go to Daiso and bought my botan rice candy <3, a sketchbook (because I needed another one...), and some hedgehog things! Oh, and an orange backpack that will be useful when/if I start biking to work. We also went to a bookstore next to the daiso and there was a lot of cool japanese books and toys and I got some hedgehog blind box toys. Both the hedgies I got were albino and ;n; they're so precious
- Matt got inflatable boobs from Daiso.
- All those condoms being dumped on the table.
- I managed to finish Casino's body suit in time for the con and was able to wear him! He looks so good, I'm so happy to have a full suit to wear. I was in the parade and suited a little bit later that night and Sunday. Brought my selfie stick so I have a lot of pictures of myself with some other suits too. It was fun being a good boy.
- And I got to help out with a photo shoot for the fuzz factory's newest plush corgi and made friends and that was a lot of fun :3
- I did lots of doofy doodles for people and I really enjoyed doing them. I might start offering them as commissions!
- I got lots of great art and had fun doing art trades!
- Surprisingly didn't drink any alcohol this trip but that's okay because I didn't really feel like drinking.
- Got lots of pokemon stickers and two really neat key chains of Rotom and Meowth
- Sold some sketchbooks!
- Had in n out!
I'm sure there's lots of things I'm forgetting. It's been a week, I probably should have written this earlier.
However, this will probably be the last time I go to TFF. They raised the price of attending, and because of how long of a trip it is and the fact that I am not a dealer there, I just don't think it's worth it. We'll see though...
