I think I just made Frankencuisine. I took some canned tuna, and mixed it with wasabi mayonnaise* a dollop of jarred minced ginger, and a splash of soy sauce.

* Found it at Trader Joe's. Great on cold roast beef sandwiches!The result? Wasabi tuna salad! But I'm not sure if it's a total abomination (like the tacos at Jack In The Box), or a ( Read more... )

I've never gotten into tuna salad and would probably go for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

One of my favorite sandwiches is peanut butter, sliced hardboiled egg, and plenty of dill pickle. But hold the jelly.

I voted for "Tasty and semi- nutrious" but would have voted for "blech" if it was on there only because I hate fish. lol In the event that I liked fish, this actually sounds really neat.

Hee hee! I bet this would also be a good way to do chicken salad, if that's more your style. I should try that next time I've got leftover chicken.
